Reporting from various sources, Tony Bennett is known to have Alzheimer’s disease. He contracted Alzheimer’s in 2016 but the musician kept his illness private until 2021. At that time, he performed with singer Lady Gaga at the end of 2021.

Born with the full name Anthony Dominick Benedetto, he was born on August 3, 1926. Tony Bennett is known as a maestro and legend in jazz, pop and swing music.

Tony Bennett started his career in the music world since 1936. The last time he released an album was in 2021. Or since 85 years he has been active in the music world. In total he has released more than 70 albums.

Throughout that time, Tony Bennett has won 20 Grammy Awards trophies. A Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, and two Primetime Emmy Awards.
