Not Paying Attention to David’s Condition
Mario Dandy was examined by the accused during a trial in the persecution case at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday 4 July 2023. During the trial he admitted that he had not seen David Ozora’s condition.
Even though he continued to abuse him with punches and kicks, Mario Dandy paid no attention to David’s condition. He claimed that he only knew that David was below and did not ask for mercy.
“At that time when I was being persecuted I did not pay attention to His Majesty’s condition. What I only knew was that he was already at the bottom, because he had no resistance, no ‘pardon me’ and just kept quiet,” said Mario in the courtroom.
