The story begins when Decker (Steven Seagal), a former DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) agent who now works as a security guard at a shopping center, accidentally witnesses an assassination attempt at a store.
With his courage and crime-fighting instinct still burning within him, Decker throws himself into the situation and saves a woman named Lisa from an attack.
Lisa Durant (Jade Ewen) later revealed that she had stolen money from a drug syndicate led by a notorious drug dealer named Grégory. Now, Decker and Lisa must fight to survive while trying to get rid of Grégory and his ruthless crew who are trying to recover the money.
